Matt Sweitzer
I asked the ever humble Matt Sweitzer to submit a Bio for the October Tree website a while back. It looks like I will be writing it instead. Matt is an amazingly talented Musician, Producer and Recording Engineer. I have heard of his being referred to as "the American Alan Parsons", although he has never called himself such. Matt is a ripping guitarist, a solid, toneful bassist, and slamming drummer. He is of course a great producer, and along with Keyboardist Chris Cobel, a principal member of the band Canvas. Matt runs Canvas Productions, and hosts The Canvas Prog Hour every other week at Canvasproductions.net.
October Tree would be a very different band without him. We are very proud to have Matt as one of the core members of our band, and we love what he has done for our album!
